"It was our 2nd stay & we just love this cabin. It is a perfect mix of rustic with just the right amount of updates to really be "rustic luxury." Beds are comfortable & cabin is clean. You can not beat the location! 30 feet from lake superior! Views are amazing! Close to lutsen for skiing, and close to cascade falls for hiking. You don't want to miss this one!"

"This is a wonderful cabin with a gas fireplace, big kitchen, comfortable beds, and a huge whirlpool tub to soak in after hiking or snowshoeing. There are many trails within walking distance for skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking. There is a big backyard and a trail that overlooks Poplar Creek. The host was very responsive and even suggested we come early to avoid arriving in a big snowstorm. We would definitely stay here again!"

"First of all - pics do not do this property justice - it is just lovely! Well thought out appointments, with both easy & thorough instructions for everything. Already missing my sunrise over Lk Superior yoga sessions. Folks skiing - ride to the hill was maybe 5 min. Nice big dining room table for dinners and family games. We are so happy to have found!"

"We stayed here in February and went to Lutsen for a few days. It was a great location for a Lutsen skication. The sauna was excellent. The kitchen is a bit small but has almost all of the amenities. Would stay here again!"

"Absolutely loved this home. The kitchen was completely stocked. The loft had a fan and was the perfect temperature, not too hot. Quiet area. Right near a little grocery store, coffee shop and gas. Short drive to ski and Lutsen and could ride the ditch for about a mile and get on a snowmobile trail. Perfect. I will say that the beds are firm. Like with capital letters firm, but surprisingly I didn't find them uncomfortable and I am over 50."

The home layout is great for a family, with two bedrooms up and one on the lower walkout level. Each bedroom has its own bath.
