"友人との旅行でお世話になりました。 宿泊費がとてもリーズナブルにも関わらず、天然温泉も館内に完備されていて友人達ととてもいい思い出になりました。 浴衣はありましたがタオル、シャンプー等はレンタルか持込だったので事前に調べてから利用される方が良いと思います。それを差し引いても大変満足できる旅館でした。 ありがとうございました！"

"Very dissapointing. The terrace in the picture is only accessible for one client and needs to be reserved. The mattrass was old, tired and I could feel the springs. The room that I was given (smoking) was not the one I bought (non smoking) . After complaining, I was oriented to another one. There is no bar in the hotel available. The lobby has a nice view and when I asked to order a drink there, I was told that they do not serve drinks in the lobby. If so, then fine for me. However at...

"The hotel was minutes on foot from Kintetsu Toba train station and from Mikimoto Pearl Island and the Aquarium. The lady owner was all smiles even though she spoke little English. Hot Japanese breakfast much appreciated in a cold morning. The only drawback was that our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator! "
