"The room is not so big, but it should be considered as a spacious room in Japan. It is clean and the location is good. A big shopping mall, AEON, is within few minutes walk. The hotel is offering parking and spa onsite free. Everything is good except the toilet is too high from the floor in the bedroom floor. For aged or kids, it's maybe not friendly."

"Hotel staff were excellent. Lobby and general presentation was satisfactory. Rooms are extremely dated and in massive need of a renovation. Room rates reflect the current condition of the hotel, however. So, travelers probably know what to expect. Close to the station and appropriate for Japanese business travelers but not foreign tourists, I think."

The room service was top notch and housekeeping A grade. As foreigners who couldn’t speak Japanese we’d like to thank the hosts of this hotel for your utmost patience with us. "I like to stay at these adult hotels because you usually end up with more space for the money, Fine Stay was as expected here. Service was good old Japanese style, though mentioning that no cleaning for the day but asking for coffee and new towels did not work. Would have given a higher rating except that the tv in the bathroom, the light and control in the jacuzzi was broken. Also, the tv remote never worked reliaby and always reset to maxiumn volume at the beginning of each day. Otherwise if...
