"Very dissapointing. The terrace in the picture is only accessible for one client and needs to be reserved. The mattrass was old, tired and I could feel the springs. The room that I was given (smoking) was not the one I bought (non smoking) . After complaining, I was oriented to another one. There is no bar in the hotel available. The lobby has a nice view and when I asked to order a drink there, I was told that they do not serve drinks in the lobby. If so, then fine for me. However at...

"As previous guests note, twenty five minutes from Toba station. As such, no restaurants or stores aside from in the hotel, but plenty of beautiful scenery. I didn’t have the dinner option due to price and instead brought take out from the local food shop (Marche) near the station, but fully enjoyed the lavish spread of fresh foods (fruits and veggies, too) and view of the bay. My room was spacious and new (532) and the indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi were well-maintained and I could do laps...
