"Do not stay here! This property is completely false advertising. There is no hot tub. There is not two bathrooms in the room. The property is unsafe. It was painfully obvious that people were coming into my room while I was gone. I’m not sure if it was the property managers, but I would assume it was because things like the table and chair would be moved back to the original position, etc. even though there is no maid service. You cannot walk the door from the inside and it is extremely sketchy...

"Great location. Close to the beach, very walkable. Communication with owner was excellent. Allowed us to get in a couple hours earlier than normal check in. Property is decent, and suitable for a couple nights. It is a small room. Noise from neighboring units was clearly heard. The bathroom appears to be an add on to the outside of the building, possibly a porch that was enclosed. It was sufficient, but lacked any shelving / hooks / storage."

"This place is a nice room attached to a home in a quiet neighborhood. It’s very convenient to the airport & off-airport car rentals. Driveway parking puts you closer to the door than the sidewalk. Persons with mobility issues will appreciate that it is a ground floor dwelling. The unit is kept clean enough that I felt comfortable walking barefoot inside. All the amenities were as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"Our stay in Puerto Rico was absolutely wonderful! Ms. Ingrid was extremely helpful and welcoming!! Our flight arrived in the early morning so we were able to check in early and the process was super easy. The location of the home was approximately 25 minutes from the airport; and the proximity of the home to the freeway made it easier to navigate throughout the island.
