"We took an Uber so we did not park but if you are driving parking is limited because the hotel itself is a large building with many rooms so only a few cars can fit inside their gates. Self check-in was convenient if you're arriving late. The room was clean with fresh linens and towels. We enjoyed their shampoo, conditioner and body wash. "Wow!! What an amazing stay! My wife and I have been to Puerto Rico many times and by far this stay has been the best! The entire staff was amazing, talk about hospitality at its finest. The owners not only take pride in there Hacienda but they enjoy sharing the historic years that are behind this beautiful and extravagant get away! The food was great, the backdrop is amazing and hospitality was on point. We are definitely coming back. Keep up the great job! We give it Six Stars! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Isable. Margie, our hostess was remarkably accommodating. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, nice hot water shower in the morning followed by a really delicious variety of fruits, cereal, and hot foods. The cut-up mangos, watermelon, kiwi, etc. were very tasty in addition to the sausage patties and crisp bacon. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. Our next visit would certainly be a return to Casa Isabel."

"This condo had a fabulous, clean, bright vibe. My husband and I enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon naps on the balcony. We appreciated being able to follow the changing colors of the ocean. "My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. "We really liked the location and were super excited to stay in Old San Juan for a few days but had no idea about “the stairs”. We had just come off of a 7 day cruise and had planned to stay but once we arrived, we saw “the stairs” and almost passed out. We have 4 pieces of luggage and there’s no elevator. Our room was on the top floor. We spoke to Omar (the manager) and decided we wouldn’t be able to stay. He was more than gracious and even refunded us our money for the 2 days we canceled. ...
