"The check-in process was less than ideal. As Expedia VIP members, we were given a “room upgrade” to a suite upon arrival. However, the suite was located near rooms undergoing renovations, and the only window was covered with a piece of wood, presumably due to the construction. We spoke with the front desk to request a different room and were moved to another suite on the top floor. "This is the second time visiting the hotel, and both times we’ve experienced excellent service, location is fabulous, there is no street noise, food is great, hotel is clean and everyone that works there makes sure that your taken care of,, special shout out to Arturo from the restaurant and the workers from snack bar, hugely recommend this gem "
