"The hotel is great for everymatter only minus is the entry and reception area which is quite small and not conveniently planned for such a big 5 star hotel.It was rather like 3 star hotel enterance.Besides there was no concierge ready to handle our suitcases on arrival and leave to help us therefore we had to carry them up and down by ourselves and to the taxi during the check-in and check-out.This was rather like hostel wise rather then a 5 start famous brand hotel."

The rooms were clean and a good size, which was perfect for our family. However, the bathroom was quite small and a bit tight, which was a bit of a challenge. "Everything was great until the very end when I was told I could not eat my store bought dinner downstairs. While I'm being told this I'm watching a lady and her child eat there dinner from elsewhere (there is no kitchen open outside breakfast hours) behind the young woman telling me this. I feel the manager put them in a position to single me as they stated they were told to tell me so. I feel bad. Was such a charming place. Then everything was off and I didn't feel welcome anymore. "
