We were very pleased with the room. It was very clean and spacious. The receptionist was very polite. We went to dine in to the restaurant and that’s the only reason we’re rating it 3 stars. The food was not as expected. We ordered Fiorentina Steak and it came like it was boiled, and full of fat. we just tried and returned it and still paid for the full amount of the dish without getting any explanations why it was cooked like that. Except the dining everything else was good.

Was able to pay small fee to park in quiet private lot. Very convenient location, walking distance to restaurant and shopping. Staff was so nice and helpful. Beautiful city views.

This property is very centrally located. The rooms are nicely laid out and very comfortable. Parking can be an issue as it is downtown and they have limited spots although I feel this would be the case for most places. There was a parking structure a few minutes away where they recommend people park if the lot is full. The hotel was close to many of the highlights of the city and very walkable. There are many restaurants and shops close by. It would be great if the breakfast was included but there are many options close by so it wasn’t a great inconvenience. All in all a good choice at a good price in the center of the city.

Hotel less than 2 years old. Everything is new and the design for the rooms/bathroom was taking into consideration all the things that a traveler appreciates. My room and bathroom were both spacious. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Central location. Highly recommend the hotel. Good value for cost.

This is a lovely, well appointed and clean hotel in a great location for sight seeing in Tirana. We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings and it was a reasonable price and the service was good. It's just off the busy main road so it's very quiet at night. The only thing they could improve on,and it's hardly worth mentioning but there are very few power points in the room. We thought the staff were all very helpful, professional and welcoming.

Clean and attractive hotel. Front and restaurant staff very friendly. Breakfast not included, but delicious and worth the price. Gated parking available half a block away for 5 euros per night - must let the hotel know you require parking in advance to reserve a spot. Hotel is somewhat difficult to find, as it's tucked behind the main street, down an alley. Very close to City Centre and local attractions/restaurants/shops.

Very nice and contemporary hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The parking situation was a negative experience as I was told there was no more parking upon my arrival, after I had booked already. I parked my car at Skenderbeg square and had to pay but all in all the hotel is great and I would stay here again.

IF you are from the UK DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. The air con was not working in our room. We are from the UK so are not used to such high temperatures. We asked for help from the reception which were rude. They feebly attempted to fix the issue but could not, they said they could not offer us another room and said 'good luck' and left. We were exhausted and could not sleep the whole night. We had come for a wedding so being so tired was not ideal as we looked terrible. Then the lady at the desk was so rude to us in her cold, smirking attitude when we said we couldn't sleep the whole night. She said that this is a normal issue in Tirana and cant be helped. She then said the hotel does not offer compensation. Her rudeness and her smile at not being able to help us is unacceptable. Albania is becoming a tourist destination and if this hotel wants tourists to stay with them, they need to learn basic customer service. The food was also disgusting. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Nice, modern hotel in a great location
Great hotel in central Tirana, just a short walk from 9 Katëshet but still quiet. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Room was a bit smaller than expected and missing a few small niceties like glasses, but was really good value for money. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
