"It just looks and feels “old” and not well taken care of. It was clean per se but when the shower walls are stained and there is a huge hole/fraying in the carpet it should be replaced. The room and bed was comfortable and room clean, just needs new carpet and shower. A lot of details looks like a DIY handyman fixed it versus a professional. "
