Grossly understaffed - 1 person running the hotel. Horrible bedding. Not sure if this is how all Hilton Home2Suites run or if this is an anomaly. The GM, if there is one, should be fired. Will never stay there again.

Front desk staff were efficient and friendly, continental breakfast was great, nice room, hotel, and neighborhood. Only complaint was thermostat kept reverting back to 59F and housekeeping never serviced room, but those were not big deals to us anyway.

Nice and convenient place to stay. The bed was okay. I had virtual meetings and the lighting in the room was not great. Otherwise, it was clean, well maintained, and friendly staff.

I would’ve given all five stars, however, hotel seems not to have been built with quality in mind! We could hear traffic loudly through windows, we could hear people above us walking & talking in hallways as they left their rooms.
