"To explain the ratings: I am a native of Huntingdon and the description of how close the property is to Juniata College, the hospital, and town is really erroneous. The location is beautiful, peaceful and quiet but it is a six mile drive to Huntingdon or a six mile drive to Cornpropst Mills on very windy, but paved, narrow roads. I know the road because I learned to drive on it, but it isn't for the faint of heart, especially at dark. I knew the shortcut roads, but I bet not many other visitors...

"The cabin is little but very comfortable. The driveway is definitely a mountain driveway. Very steep. The property of the cabin is very steep as well. Walking to the firepit is very steep too. "

"We came to mountain bike and this was the perfect place to stay. Only 3 miles from the trails and the seven points area of the lake, the house had everything that we could have hoped for. Tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of places to sit down and relax, we will come back if we are ever in the area again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed at Serendipity, a unique area in the back of the camp so we had a lot of privacy. I was skeptical of the "tabins" because not the best pictures online but was pleasantly content when we got here. They were spacious enough to accommodate and the beds were fine. It's not the cleanest, but as long as you bring a sheet and/or sleeping bag to place on top of the mattress it was quite comfortable. "Beautiful cabin very friendly owners. Had a couple hiccups at first but all worked out. It is secluded and peaceful yet still close enough to any stores or activities that you might want to do while you are there. There are no TVs and we didn’t kiss them at all we took time to sit in the porch, listen to the creek and birds, we even did a puzzle while were were there. Thank you to the hosts that allowed us to escape from our everyday life."
