Overall it was really great! Had an accessible room which had a nice low tub & shower. Room was nice. Free Wi-Fi was supposed to require a password but it didn't and instead received an unsafe warning so didn't use it. Called the desk and they said just keep trying but it never did come up secured. Also apparently the desk clerk was going out when we came in, so we stood there for over 5 minutes. In between another worker saw us twice and came over and asked and then he tried to find her but couldn't so we suggested she may have been the one that went outside as we came in so he went out and got her.

It is hard to be disconnected when traveling from Canada with 2 small children. However, that was the case at The Quality Inn where the wifi was only available in the lobby and even there, had an extremely weak signal. No wifi was available in our room so we could not connect with our family at home, our family in town, or with work. We complained to the front desk and they said that “access points had not been setup yet”. It’s 2024. Get your network set up. Completely ridiculous. Would love some money back for the major inconvenience.

The staff was incredibly nice while we were there. The beds were comfortable but our non smoking room smelt very much like smoke, the mini fridge was off when we got in the room and the fire alarm went off while we were trying to take a shower because of the steam. The hotel is certainly convenient and good for a quick overnight stay and has a good amount of potential.
