"Others have described the specialties of this property, but we spent a night and day in a February wind/rain/snow storm and never worried about the house, with the exception of one leaky window which the management company promised to fix after we left. There was never a problem keeping warm.We especially enjoyed how ingenious and convenient the lighting is! Red-winged Blackbirds serenade from bushes in the yard morning and evening, but the windows are so insulated that their chorus is not loud...

"This was a nice place. It was a honestly quite pricey compared to other places we’ve stayed, but we’re guessing it’s marked up due to its proximity to the Tillamook creamery? Regardless, the room itself was clean, with plenty of space for the whole family. Side note, the elevators were broken when we visited (02/2025) but it’ll probably be fixed soon. It was a very minor inconvenience for us, but it could bother others, so I’m leaving it in the review. "
