"I needed warm shower and comfy bed to stay over night with my dogs during Canicross races and thats what I got. Bed was clean and comy, bathroom was clean, water in shower was warm. There also was milk in fridge and kettle and tea bags. Place needs a TLC, yes, but its not expensive and it was comfortable. Host was very nice and friendly guy. I slept well = Im happy :)"

"Really great weekend. Jan showed us around and then left us to enjoy ourselves. The lodge was very clean and welcoming. Indoor pool was fantastic as the weather wasn’t the best. The only downside we had was that the grassed area was very long and not ideal for the 3 children to play with a ball. Also was not sure where the outdoor was?? But overall great stay."

"Tranquil location, lovely setting looking out to the river Avon and fields on one side. The property was clean,comfortable and well equipped. The site was beautifully kept, with an area for dog walkers and a boat slip if you wished to take to the waters. Very close to Stratford upon Avon for sightseeing and days out. There were things to do on site, with a restaurant or as I did, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. I can thoroughly recommend a stay here."

"We booked for a little get together for 5 ladies to celebrate an 80th. Fabulous location, easy to get to and really lovely accommodation. All beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed. The kitchen was very well equipped, the showers (2) were great and there was lots of wardrobe space. The whole place was very clean an enough bedding and towels were provided for all. "Excellent value accommodation in an area where hotels etc are really expensive. Easy to check into reception, room is clean and has everything you’d need. It was very quiet and not many folk staying. Security is a bonus ….. we were really impressed and will come again. "
