But overall a great place and would go back again. There is very little cell service which i liked but was in return hard to communicate with owner's and the tournament staff for the bass tournament we were fishing. Located a mere 4 minute drive from the venue, the house was fully equipped and Evolve was phenomenal to work with during our stay. They provided tons of information on all the local sites and things to do in the area! Highly recommend!"

"We booked for our annual 2-day fishing tournament on Lake Champlain and couldn't be happier we found the house. Great location - minutes from multiple launches, Wal Mart and gas stations, and walking distance to downtown. Plenty of parking for 4 boats and the fishing decorations added a nice touch.
