"This hotel is on its own island. The rooms with a terrace exit are exceptional. The food options vary from traditional dishes to the exceptional Italian restaurant inside the hotel. The laundry service is exceptional. It’s its own self contained island and everyone that is there is supposed to be there. The breakfast buffet is memorable. The hotel and staff have options to accommodate every kind of need. There was constant follow up on how the experience be is going and any concerns are immediately addressed. This is one of the most luxurious hotels I have ever been a guest at. Don’t forget sunscreen, the pool is large and the bike riding area is huge. This experience will not disappoint."

"Hai and Chilly were fabulous hosts, communicative and always happy to assist in any way. As it was winter we opted to stay in the village. The family sized room with 2 king beds and bathroom plus your own seating and hammock out the front situated in lovely gardens was a great place to recover after doing the Ha Giang Loop. Basic breakfast is included, lunch and dinner are available with dinners being shared dishes with other guests which gives the opportunity to meet others. You can hire bikes next door for 30000 D and the team can organise day trips and transport. We did the afternoon kayaking with bbq on a floating village followed by night kayaking to spot the phosphorescence and really enjoyed it. Depending on where you are coming from it is a little tricky to get there- bus, ferry, shuttle bus, speed boat and golf buggy but they can assist you with these arrangements as they did with us . If you just want somewhere to unwind for a day or 2 or use as a base for day trips the accommodation is a really great cheap option. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!"

"Hotel is very new with nice big indoor and outdoor pools. I got a panoramic, unobstructed view of the ocean from my room. The room is spacious and modern. The hotel staff was also very friendly. One minor thing is that the hot water didn’t work well. The water was hot for the first 2 minutes then it’s more like room temperature. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "

"It was clean and new. Friendly staff. Not much to do around the area except for a shopping mall. Loved the double beds. Super comfortable along with the pillows also. Had a pleasant stay. "

"Classic Double Room - 4nights If you like being in the middle of nowhere and quiet location. Bathroom small, you may struggle if you're on the bigger size of body shape, toilet is right next to shower screen, very narrow space. Breakfast buffet was non-existence. Choice of pho or 2 eggs, 1 sausage, sliced cucumbers, 2 barely toasted sliced bread. But it was cooked on demand so its freshly made. Coffee was thick and bitter. Dessert was tub of yoghurt or watermelon fruit only. Minimal local eatery around hotel that tend to open around 6.30pm at dinner. Reception staff are clueless to what's around the area and failed to tell us that the limited food places are closed for siesta when we wanted a late lunch at 2.30pm after arriving from the airport. Lucky we had a 2day 1 night cruise as we struggle finding places to eat for 2 days. We ended up forfeiting 1 night to move to our next destination earlier due to the lack of activities and roaming around looking for lunch and dinner. Hotel restaurant isnt even opened during lunch or dinner. Vincom plaza is within walking distance just over 1km down the road."
