"Rented both sides of this wonderful home. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Everything was easy and seamless. Communication through messaging was excellent. One listing did say there was a hot tub so that needs to be corrected since there is not, but other than that had a great stay! Thank you for tour kindness and prompt responses. Will look to you again for sure if we stay in Clayton. Thanks!"

"This property was awesome! Stayed with some co-workers for a fishing charter trip. House was clean and fit 5 people comfortably. Met the people at the rental house next door and made new friends. Property has a bunch of firepits with awesome view of the sunset over Boldt Castle. The owners were great to communicate with and very accommodating. We are hoping to have the entire office stay at the Ledges for next year's fishing trip."

"This little gem is tucked away in Dexter and offers a fabulous view (and access) of the river and surrounding area (Fall foliage was spectacular). There are lots of ammenities on property to enjoy! It was a little cold to hop in the Kayaks but they were available to us. We did enjoy warming up around the firepit and the barrel sauna was spectacular! "Loved our stay at this lovely home- so convenient and quiet! It had a fabulous dock for our 26 foot boat as well as our friends 21 foot boat. The accommodation was comfortable and well appointed. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Plenty of parking was available and it’s great that it is so close to Gal’s and Foxy’s Restaurant. "

"So happy we chose this rental. We brought our own boat from VA. The marina is literally next door, opposite canal side from row of boathouse. The elevator/lift made bringing in luggage a breeze- carts available too. Close walk to town and on quiet street. "We stayed the week after July 4th. We used to go tent camping in the Islands every summer until we moved out of state 9 years ago. Coming back for a family vacation this summer, we couldn't have been more excited to experience the Islands again. We cannot say enough about the house, the location, and host Michelle. The house was perfect for us, very clean and comfortable, in a fantastic location on Goose Bay and the views are amazing. Its secluded enough, but also not too far from conveniences...
