"The wireless is outdated as you have to continually login with an Indian cell phone. They act like wireless is precious when this is 2020. When you go the desk, no one can help you with payment or anything broken in your room. Instead, those 3-4 employees at the desk send away for a manager in another part of the hotel, which takes 10 minutes. Why can't the 3-4 people at the front desk have any answers to our questions?"

"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. "Rooms were untidy, Linen was not fresh at all. it felt as if we were visiting a 2-star resort. The resort itself was very good. everything outside the room itself was good."

"This Marriott is super convenient for us, right in the heart of the manufacturing zone of Pune Maharashtra. The security is top notch and there are signs posted about how careful they are about the food and drink to keep you safe and healthy. The staff was incredible! I don't think I've ever felt more welcome in a hotel. Well done!"
