"Got the 3 person room with a Queen and 1 Single bed. The room is huge but the amenities inside the room are so old some of them looks run down. The wooden fixtures starting to peel off, the toilet door frame are peeling off and the shower is only accessible by the bathtub. "Stayed 4 nights. First of all I booked this hotel for it's proximity to many food options and good location. However, there are a few defects in the room which I like to highlight here. Firstly, the safe is not working on once I checked in, secondly the dressing table chair is dislodged and it is a safety hazard. Lastly the water basin is leaking but still manageable. Not being picky for the price paide but might be a major issue to picky travellers. "

"Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in. Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out."
