"We booked for triple sharing n they only provide 2 towels n everything two only. Location v gd n convenient but d lift s terrible. We waited 1/2 hr for d lift during checkout at 12noon. There s only 4 liffs serve up to 27 floors. Really terrible. Someone walk down fr 23 floor but can only walk to 8 floor n unable to continue. Door lock "

" Check in took > 15 mins even though there is no queue. Variety in breakfast buffet can be better. It is limited to 1 type of food per region cuisine. Would prefer of they can offer better spread for Asian cuisine or western cuisine. Car park validation is very inconvenient. Need to take your physical TnG card for validation at reception and has only 10 mins grace before exit."
