"It was my first time at this hotel. I was a little worried if the area was secluded since it's a distance from the popular shopping areas in JB. But to my surprise, the area was bustling with activities at night so I felt safe. The bed was amazing. I had great sleep for the two nights I was there. The room and bathroom were very clean too. And the beddings didn't smell of strong bleach or detergent which was wonderful for me. Good quality shower gel, shampoo and lotion. I love the body lotion....

"Location was near the Singapore border. It is right by a mall. Everything I needed (grocery store, restaurants) was around me. Convenient location. Property is big, clean. "When i booked the room, it says 2 x queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 twin bed and 3 futon. So we have a group of 7, not wanting to sleep on the futon, thinking still enough for us, but when we were there, we realised there were only 1 king, 1 queen and 1 single bed. We still need to sleep on the futon. futon condition is okay, although it's thin, but the cover looks old.
