"I chose to get the airport pick up and drop off which was very efficient, the front desk staff are friendly and knowledgable. I also had laundry done there and no issues with that and fairly reasonably priced. Room was clean and spacious and was cleaned everyday. Shower was amazing - water pressure decent and easy to use. Great sunset from the rooftop pool which was also a nice area to sit and relax in. Breakfast buffet was fairly basic similar to other hotels I’ve stayed at in SE Asia...

You get a lot of amenities in the bathroom literally everything you need, I didn't get so many things in much more expensive hotels. "Stayed here few times. Always shower room has issues as its ceiling is broken, fan is dirty and difficult to maintain the water temperature. Water pressure is OK. Some room have shower curtain or glass enclosure but some don’t but anyhow expect the floor will be wet. Sink has cold water only. Cockroach issue persists and one time it was crawling on my pillow. Some rooms on 4th or lower floor of north side does not have windows so be careful. Wifi is slow and disconnects often so I recommend...
