"The staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was perfect. Very comfortable. Very quiet. The breakfast was gorgeous. The fruit juice offered on checking in was beautiful and a nice touch. The staff were there to help in any way needed. Restaurant recommendations or places to see on foot. The chips with the dinners were absolutely gorgeous. I don't know the secret, but they were amazing. The breakfast omelettes were fantastic too. I stayed here twice on my trip and would do so again. Highly recommended. "

"I have stayed at Jay Suites on two occasions and will definitely stay again if I return to Kathmandu. The owner and all staff were excellent, everything worked, and it was decent value for the money. You might find a room for a bit cheaper but will there be hot water, working AC, eorking remote control, elevator, in-room fridge, free water, good breakfast, etc? You get that and more at Jay Suites."
