"This is the best hotel in Kathmandu I have stayed, this property was on the perfect location and staff in the hotel were very nice and friendly even the house keeping lady was kind and helpful. "Service was terrible. Airport transport was conformed with the hotel before arrival. Upon arrival we have to call hotel many times to get transport to hotel. After waiting nearly 2 hours , got message that hotel is not able to provide transportation. Customer services was terribly poor as well. Will not recommend stay on this hotel."
