"Service was terrible. Airport transport was conformed with the hotel before arrival. Upon arrival we have to call hotel many times to get transport to hotel. After waiting nearly 2 hours , got message that hotel is not able to provide transportation. Customer services was terribly poor as well. Will not recommend stay on this hotel."
