"I appreciated the improvements to the rooms I stayed in, compared to past trips. This included such things as better lighting, or better shower layout. Location is fairly convenient to access all things in Thamel, and taxis were readily available at the hotel for daytime excursions. Breakfast was abundant, and staff were universally helpful and smiling. Their friendliness certainly enhanced the comfort and joy of my stay. I have stayed here multiple times in past years and would return!"

"A great hotel on the outskirts of Thamel. Good breakfast and great staff. Restaurant food was descent and rooftop pool was nice but some of the pool decking could use some replacement. Towels available at the pool. The spa/massage options were well priced and good service. The laundry service I used for a few items was reasonably priced and items came back clean. The bedroom was large and bed decently comfortable. I would stay here again."

Kashmir and Raj were two of the many staff who went the extra mile to help us… even arranging for a forgotten piece of luggage to get returned to us at the airport! Raj helped us find anything we wanted, even a good tailor! A good experience for all of us!"
