"We loved our quaint stay here! Staff was attentive and friendly. Great access to amazing area. Delicious made to order breakfast every morning (that changed each day and was fast service) and great every day cleaning service. 10/10. The hotel is so cute too, more bed and breakfast style than a hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends and be back!! "

"In general it was a great stay. Room was clean and tidy. They allow pets and provide for their basic needs such as bowls for them to use. Parking access was a bit difficult to find."

"Very spacious rooms! Very good breakfast! Great TV channels and no issues with internet or staff! Recommend only that you use Uber to get there and from the hotel otherwise a very nice place to stay and safe!"

"I stay here every few months, it’s my go-to stay whenever I’m in Mexico City. Very private, clean, and the staff members are always there to help. Special thanks to the guards at the gate. Always there to open the door for you, no matter what time of the day or night. Free parking indoor is a plus!! "

"Great property in a central location. Apartment was incredibly spacious with ample room for our family of five. Kitchen was great to have. Most places don’t have air conditioning in Mexico City but there were fans in each room and it cools down considerably at nighttime. A few minor things- no paper towels, water sometimes wouldn’t turn warm/hot, but manager was always available and receptive. Gym was great to have but bikes and treadmill could be replaced. Walkable to restaurants, shopping....

"The staff was lovely, the building was clean and in a nice, safe location. I really loved the layout of the hotel, the size of my room and the comfy bed. The roof top deck was really nice as well. My only complaint was the shower water was not warm or hot. I did enjoy a very hot jacuzzi though, so there’s definitely hot water on site, just not in the rooms? I was in and out pretty quick so it was ok for my stay but it is a shame about the showers because everything else was great. "

"This hotel was absolutely amazing in terms of location and staff. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the food/drink items in the 24 hr cafe were included in the price of the hotel. The only items we had to pay for were wine and alcohol (other than beer, that was included). They had a good selection in the cafe and the staff there were so friendly and food/drinks were served promptly. The breakfast was a good selection of traditional American and Mexican dishes. The view overlooking the Zocalo was amazing, especially when the center was filled with people. And a special shout-out to Daniel, our doorman. He was the absolute best, so sweet and had the best smile! He was there to help us check in and check out and made sure that we were picked up promptly with our driver. Raul was also very helpful during pickup from the hotel to the airport. Overall, we would definitely stay again at this hotel because of the amenities, location and the staff. "
