"We arrived after booking this “place” for an overnight stay while we were working in the area. The building looked unoccupied with painted out windows. "False and hidden fees when checking in, run down location, no grocery store near by, willingly un helpful and clueless staff, dirty room, horrid beds (I think prison beds would most likely be better) Hidden binding conditions about refunds. extra charges on every thing imaginable and felt very unsafe from the moment I walked through the door I lost time, money, and almost my passport (they expect you to leave your passport with them as ransom for their key) "
