"Very satisfied with the service"

"Handy location. Suitable for couple. Very small kitchen, looked sufficient for short stay. We only used kettle and toaster, ate out or with family who lived nearby. Host aware made us aware of electricity outage - all sockets apart from kitchen. This meant no TV and had to charge phones, etc, in kitchen. Not fixed during our 4 night stay, hopefully fixed by now. No discount offered for this lack of full services."

"We had a family stay here for a wedding which was unfortunately postponed so we took the opportunity to have an evening out in the area. This property is stunning. Very clean with plenty of space in a lovely location not too far from shops, takeaways, busses and trains. The host is fantastic with communication and very friendly and providing helpful information. Overall was a very lovely stay and I would recommend "

"Our booking was cancelled when we were in front of the property with no communication from the host. No answer to text messages and calls directed to voicemail. Property located in dodgy London naibourhood, unsuitable for listing on a travel platform. Awful experience.Avoid at all cost."

"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"Everything was as expected. We did have a challenge but Reuven was easily accessible and resolved our issue with great result. Flat had new bath, new kitchen, and comfortable beds. Location was as expected and very quiet at night."

"Stunning? Stunning what a poor quality place this is. No communication from host. Had to chase to get entry details. Filthy. Hairs on bathroom towel - possibly pubic. Bed not made up. Stains on walls. Bad odour in fridge. Dirty bath mats. Rubbish dumped on street outside, old mattresses, hoover, overflowing bins. Shocking that Expedia advertise this place. Would be overpriced at half the rate we paid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. "

"We stayed here in August and it was the perfect place for us! It was so nice to have toys at the property that the kids could play with and not worry about them running around in the back yard. I couldn’t imagine being in a hotel room after staying here. It was close enough to the wedding we were going to and not too far from London by underground. "Plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed. Plenty of food options within walking distance and a convenience store right across the street. With the bus stop across the street and the train a 5 minute walk there wasn’t anywhere we couldn’t get to in the city. Gooroo was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive. Would 100% stay here again."
