"Residents on the 2nd and 3rd floors aren't respectful of the rooms below. There's A LOT of rambunctious bumping and walking lo the nighttfrontud walking. I always contact the nighttime front desk assistant (young guy with glasses who hates to be bothered) and he always disregards me, talks rude to me and will hang up on me. "

"It sucked the room had no hot water they are very picky when comes to giving deposit back one lil smudge of dirt on a towel they act you not supposed to use them and God forbid you an open jar of baby food with a lil bit on the table all in all I say this place sucked and give two thumbs down "
