"I have the double room booked. It felt like a really cool hotel room but with incredible amenities. The staff was as always engaging with the guests, pasta night, beer pong etc ... It was cool that there was someone there 24hrs a day and there is a kitchen downstairs also open 24hrs that was stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables and pasta which is completely complimentary...that's correct it's complimentary. I'm generally not a hostel type person BUT this is one place in Naples you got to stay...

"It was a decent place to lay your head at especially for the price.The rooms were hot and stuffy, only one fan per room and certain people would hog it up for themselves. The staff was nice when I checked in but after that, there was no communication really. That didn’t bother me bc I keep to myself but I did notice the difference. I stayed in a room with a balcony and got scared at one point bc I heard someone climbing the balcony and getting in my room, I believe it was one of the owners lol...

"We stayed 3 nights and it met all our requirements and more! I slept on the pull out sofa which was very comfortable . Lots of space to put our things. There is a terrace across the apt with chairs and a table etc. none of us were familiar with Naples and the flat is in really good neighbourhood. A very nice touch was a voucher for morning coffee and croissant at nearby cafe. The communication upon arrival was prompt, clear and all very professional . 5⭐️"

"First of all, the website lies. The free breakfast sucked, literally just stale toast. You don’t get the welcome package the website details. Or a towel at all. They also didn’t keep track of what room people were staying in so when my group got there they put us in one room, then came in 5 minutes later and told us we had to move. "Beautiful hotel with pretty views and plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was huge and we loved sitting out there in the mornings to drink our coffee. Gennaro was incredibly helpful and even went to meet us when we arrived at the port and walked us all the way to the hotel. Along the way, he pointed out good restaurants, sights, and how to navigate the island & even helped carry our luggage. We had a great stay in Capri and staying here added to the overall experience!"
