"It's a small guest house on the second floor of a much larger building. Very convenient location - 100m from Napoli Centrali train station and a metro station. The room I stayed in was fabulous. High ceiling and beautiful floor to ceiling wood doors to the balcony. Newly renovated, quiet and very cozy. Service was excellent. Make sure to arrange arrival time as there is not always someone at reception. Not the easiest place to find. See the picture and description below."

"If you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you. The rooms are on level 4 and 5 with breakfast on 6. There is no elevator beyond level 4 and at times people did not shut the elevator door properly (old school) and twice I had to climb up 5 flights of stairs with a strained ankle. "Beautiful hotel with pretty views and plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was huge and we loved sitting out there in the mornings to drink our coffee. Gennaro was incredibly helpful and even went to meet us when we arrived at the port and walked us all the way to the hotel. Along the way, he pointed out good restaurants, sights, and how to navigate the island & even helped carry our luggage. We had a great stay in Capri and staying here added to the overall experience!"
