"This was an amazing stay. Friendly and nice personel and the best ever breakfast! The room was quiet even though situated in a busy area. The bed was supernice and the room had a good ac. I highly recommend this hotel and wouldnt hestiate to book it again. "

"I booked this hotel after staying at a different hotel a few nights. In comparison, this was a 4.5 star experience. It was clean, new(ly renovated), great front desk customer service, food onsite, everything (but a pool). It’s in a district suited for warehouses so the roads are sloppy and one directional but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Just catch an u we or use the bird scooters and you’re fine. I’d say the bartenders can be a little lax, but that’s the Italian culture apparently. You have to literally flag them down or go find them for assistance. I just started over ordering during the first I retraction so I didn’t need them to come again. "

"The best part of this experience was the manager Giangi. He met us at the front door and showed us the entire place ... including giving a history of the building. He arranged for a taxi for us and followed up. His entire attitude was welcoming and accommodating and made our stay outstanding."
