"Beautiful property. Staff were very nice. View was amazing. The restaurant was good but not a big selection. We booked this hotel based on location and shuttle to airport. Didn’t know until we got there shuttle didn’t start until 9am which didn’t work for us. Hotel did arrange a cab and take away breakfast (we paid for cab 70€)"

"We lucked out and got a room with a sea view, which was amazing! It’s a really REALLY well kept older hotel. Great staff, nice location, beautiful pool. Breakfast was the only downside to me. The coffee machine is not a great coffee type and the food options were slim but the fresh fruit were a definite plus. "

"Hotel Terme Providence is a beautiful family owned hotel. The property is in impeccable condition and the owners Maria and Gian Paulo are kind and helpful. The pool and spa facilities are wonderful and the front desk recommended great beach and boat excursions while we were here. The food at the Hotel is also delicious and prepared with fresh, local ingredients. We have someone in our family with a food allergy and they were highly accommodative. We definitely recommend Hotel Terme Providence. "

"No WiFi in the rooms. This is very inconvenient. WiFi is blocked, so even if you have your own plan with data, you cannot use it in the rooms. Pools are nice and pool view great. Breakfast is mainly cake - no healthy choices. Selection of food from the pool bar is limited. Plenty of drinks and good coffee. It is value for money - not so expensive, and the standard is accordingly, do not expect too much. "

"Beautiful views from the hotel. The outdoor pool and bar area with all the plants is very pleasant. Good breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, bedding comfortable, but for me the bed was a little hard. Wish I had spent another night in Ischia as much to see and do."

"Very Janky. Could not tell if my door locked, and had to have a friend come check from the outside. Toilet dirty. Sheets dirty stains, had to have hotel worker come get my things out of my rooms since they were locked inside, he had to use multiple keys to get in. There was absolutely nothing around the property, and could not get any transportation out of the area. I booked a single room for 2 nights and ended up leaving the same day I got there, completely out of the money I spent. Worst...
