"Posada del Tepozteco was truly a beautiful property. The grounds were well taken care of and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Oscar and Marco took great care of us at breakfast. Housekeeping and room service was also very attentive and wonderful. I felt relaxed and safe while still being close to the zocalo. I loved the views and had an amazing experience with Dahlia during my temazcal. I hope to visit and stay here again. "

"Let me start by saying that property is far and hidden from downtown. Once checked in, we discovered there was no hot water. They stated pump was broken and they could not guarantee it being fixed anytime soon, this mid January.
