"The room was not bad although it was terribly humid. Pillows were very uncomfortable. They don’t put bottled water and stores around were closed so we were thirsty all night. They woke us up at 7am to move the car (other cars were parked in front of us) as we were the last ones to check in so that ruined our sleep. The WC had a water leak. Too expensive for what it is. "

"Peaceful retreat in the charming town of Tepotzlan. The bedrooms and beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were especially good on the front desk, making our travel plans and our onward journey seamless. Only one less star as we didn't get on with the food - it was a bit inconsistent and could lack flavour; one day the breakfast was amazing then the same dish (grandmas eggs) was nothing short of bland and lacked any of the herb toppings from the previous day.
