The service is superb, Jorge is a fantastic host. The property needs some maintenance but definitely does not interfere with the overall experience. I will definitely come back next year.

An incredible and peaceful experience, it is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed. It is surrounded by nature, and a few minutes away from Tepoztlán so you are conveniently away from any city noise.

The place is nice, Jorge made it better. The property needs urgent maintenance. The jets in the jacuzzi don`t work properly, there are many spots in the pool that have to be fixed and also some of the furniture needs replacement. Having the restroom inside the room, without a door is not a good idea.

el lugar es my bello y muy tranquilo, el servicio es excelente, lo único que me parece le hace falta es mejor servicio de internet, la alberca es muy fría y el servicio de tv es Sky muy viejo y con muy pocas opciones les caería bien mas opciones.

Beautiful hotel. Very relaxing and nice room. My only complaint was the service. Very slow at times. There were only 2-3 other couples in the hotel. Maybe it was the pandemic. We will return in the future. Hopefully it will be better.

Wow! What an amazing place. Soo peaceful, beautiful grounds and amazing eclectic decor. The massage and Temazcal were amazing, food and service just as great. One of the best stays I've had in a while!
