"Room was very spacious and enjoyed sitting on balcony overlooking huge pool area. Bed comfortable and towels very nice. New hotel so everything in great condition. Pool and lazy river and got tub were really nice. Free pinball and games in lobby. Only complaint was the closing of fire pits and pool with the slightest forcast of poor weather way too far in advance of weather getting there or it never even came. Strongly recommend this hotel for families with kids or just adults. I would definitely stay here again. Convenient location to everything in pigeon forge."

"10/10 - Great hotel/resort like and wonderful amenities. The Pool, Hot Tub, and Fire Pit were great. Fresh Popcorn every evening and Wonderful music rang throughout the lobby. Shower pressure was fantastic! Good, clean, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Walking distance to all sorts of shops, restaurants and attractions. Also a quick drive to Gatlinburg, the Smoky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend checking this place out! "

"Staying at dollywood resort was a great experience. The staff were friendly and we were greeted with some fresh lemonade. I liked how staying at resort came with perks: getting free timesavers pass ($60 value), free preferred parking at the amusement park if you choose to use this, free shuttle service from the front of the hotel to the front of the amusement park (runs every 15-20mins) , etc. I just wished we stayed more than 1 day to enjoy all the other amenities at the resort like the swimming pool, spa, campfire snores, etc. "
