"The room was spacious with a nice window seat overlooking the city street. The onsite onsen was wonderful! Hotel location was conveniently near Canal City shopping and eating area, as well as within walking distance of the Hakata train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful in calling us a taxi when it was time to depart for the airport with our luggage. We had a late night flight and upon inquiry, they allowed us to purchase a daypass for use after 3pm, after we checked out, for < $20 per person! It was so refreshing and worth it. Would stay here again! "
