The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"I would like to say this apartment was absolutely amazing, clean and comfortable and its on the main strip into old town antwerp. It was that good that after our stay we booked the same apartment again for our return from our road trip to poland . Its honestly a great experience and the price was brilliant. Thanks for an awesome experience we will definitely be returning to stay with you .you deserve more than 5 stars 🌟 "

"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

Though the winter temps outside were below 3C, the heating available in the flat was exceptional. Public transportation was very convenient. Godiva outlet in walking distance. "We ended up giving the apartment a 4 star rating due to two factors. One, the listing stated soap and shampoo provided, but there was no shampoo and only a small bar of soap that looked to be more for washing hands at the sink vs. bathing. Not a huge deal, but if none was to be provided, it would have been nice for the listing to state as such. Two, the check in was OK, perfunctary. We had to wait outside. All in all, nice place. Would recommend."

"We stayed in Antwerp for a week with our 4-year-old. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and Chloe was very responsive. Plenty of great things to see and do within walking distance. If coming via Antwerpen-Centraal, take the metro to Groenplaats for a good first impression of the city. "

"The bathroom could do with updating, and the toilet was dusty so hadn't been cleaned properly, apart from that lovely! Very spacious, plenty of room for for clothes etc...stayed for 2 nights felt breakfast was expensive for what was there but loved the breakfast area for eating, very chilled "

"I originally had a different hotel booked but changed to this one at the last minute since it was closer to the city center and I read another review saying how it was very close to a parking garage. It ended up being ideally located, especially its proximity to the parking garage. "Great new hotel in the middle of old town Antwerp. It's location is really good. You are a very short walk from the main squares and shops. All around are cafés and restaurants. The hotel is pretty much new and that shows. Rooms are nice, beds are perfect. Maybe not the biggest bathroom, but it has everything you need for a few nights away. Most of your time will be spent around town hopefully. The Hotel has nice staff, the bar is fantastic and always open and the breakfast is nice in the mornings. Great place to stay in a great city! "

"I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza for varying periods over the last 3 years. I have also referred the hotel to 5 of my colleagues who now stay here. After 30 hours of travelling, I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. It's also nice to be greeted at breakfast and in the hotel foyer by various long-term staff. My only disappointment is that the beautiful bar area is not always open when I am there. It was opened on Sunday night but I was not available. I went down on Monday night and it was closed again. You can still have a drink and bar food in the main foyer, but it is a different ambience. Next time! Merci beaucoup Hotel Le Plaza Team. "
