"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "Very cosy space that did the job. There wasn't a lot of space however we knew what we were getting ourselves into with the pictures on the website. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). Not too far of a walk from transport links so good if you are looking to stay outside of the main city."

"Smart flats in Brussels where excellent communicators with good intructions for the collection of the keys and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "Huge 2 bedroom apartment in a great location, could do with a bit of TLC but it was clean, beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed, but could have done with more towels. WiFi was slow but it did work."

"Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....

"The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and...

"Great location, very big and spacious but stains on the seating were very noticeable and light didn’t work in one toilet TV but no tv remote "

"HEALTH HAZARD! The bathroom was filled with visible mould everywhere, taps were leaking, living room lights didn't work, the kitchen was dirty, the TV wasn't functioning and it was an overall bad experience. The only good thing about it is its location near the centre."

"I was working at BRU airport during my stay so the apartment suited my needs fine, may not suit vacation tourists as much. Communication with Ewa prior to my visit was excellent. Zaventem town has plenty of restaurants. The studio had everything I needed. I did have to reboot the wifi. Bus 272 and 282 to/from airport worked out well. Get off the bus at Zaventem train station. "This property is in a quiet street in the centre of town only a short walk from the main square and bars/cafes. It has all you need for a short stay. Mohammed, our host, was responsive and did all he could to make sure our arrival went well. Be aware of the parking rules. There is on street parking but the town is very strict on timings. The will tow you away if you overstay. "

"We came here with our 6 year old to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and to go back to Bruges where we got engaged. This hotel was the perfect base. The staff were brilliant, the upgrade was very much appreciated, the food in the restaurant was delicious and the room was large, clean and comfortable. Thank you. "

"This quirky, small hotel is unique in terms of atmosphere, and decorations. The hotel overwhelms the visitor with vibrant colors, artwork and statues (similar to John Sloane's famous house in London). The owner - Ben, is from Morocco and is super friendly. The staff is helpful. There is a 'secret' garden that is a full delight. There is also the resident cat- Kiki, who wanders around to greet the guests. Finally, the location is superb- just a few steps away from the Grand Place. The only drawback is its size, for travellers with large suitcases maybe a problem"

"This was the most conveniently located hotel hop on a quick train to Brussels Central, Ghent and Brugge. The staff was so phenomenal, kind, respectful, and just overall positive attitude I highly recommend staying here. There’s a grocery store and several shops within the station and several dining options outside of the station. In addition it was raining and we didn’t have to leave the train station. They had their own entrance within the station conveniently located right by Eurostar so you can hop on that to go to London or Paris which we did."
