"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. "I was so happy with my accommodations. Looked exactly like the photos and I was in the heart of Antwerp. Stayed a week and I’d stay a week again! So clean, the management communicated with me with ease.
