"Noise is a problem everywhere. This one wasn't an exception for us. We were unfortunate to land in room 4, next to the pool washrooms: it seems to hold some pump that was regularly getting triggered, also overnight. On top of that, the door to our room's bathroom would not swing without hitting the floor, which made quite a noise when pushing to unstuck it and close it. Otherwise, the place is gorgeous, the staff is super nice and it's located 100m away from Calle de los Frailes."

The concierges—Willy and Leidy, were always available and quick to respond to Whatsapp messages and the housekeeping team Fani and Cinthia took excellent care of us and our space. "Amazing hostel, I got lucky enough to get the dorm all by myself, and I booked a few tours to go to different cenotes and visit the Mayan Ruins directly at the hostel. Everything was very beautiful inside the hostel, it was clean and the staff was really adorable. Valladolid is a city worth going. I had the greatest time there! I honestly didn’t want to leave! Its big enough of a city but not too big either. There are many things to do, the cenotes are amazing and the energy there is great"
