"Nice brand new building with well equipped apartments. Check-in process is not very straightforward though and we had to contact the company many times for different issues during the process of pre-check-in and check-in. Apartment was not ready at 3pm. Also parking is very expensive and on top of that they want you to remove the car as soon as you check out so you can’t spend the day and collect car later which is a shame and very unusual."

"Property was perfect, cosy and comfortable. It has everything you need inside. The little added extras were a sweet touch ( cheese and crackers, jug of milk, bottled water). Location is superb, lots to do around the Area, nice pubs. Great communication with the owner. Didn't want to leave. I stayed with my 2 children and my dog. Would definately stay again."

"A perfectly situated flat in the heart of Brighton; well maintained, clean and comfortable. Our host was fabulously attentive and answered all our questions very quickly, and was extremely approachable. The flat is literally on the doorstep of shops restaurants bars and the beach! "We had a lovely stay at Julie’s place. She was a great host, eg sorting out some toys for the kids. The place was as expected, a lovely compact two-bed flat with very nice furnishings etc. It’s a basement/ground floor flat so there is a bit of footfall noise from the place upstairs - no other noise but worth being aware of if that kind of thing bothers you. "This home away from home is perfect. I don’t even know where to start… the garden flat is in a quiet beautiful location just a very short easy bus ride from downtown. The hosts have gone above and beyond providing every amenity you need and many you never knew you did. There were many small thoughtful touches added. A welcoming vase of fresh roses, a package of biscuits beside the coffee just made us feel warm and welcome after a long journey. It was easy to contact the hosts when we needed too....
