"We had a lovely visit to The Shire having moved away a few years ago. This hotel is in a great location for transport, shops, dining. The room was a good size, clean, double and single bed, amenities as advertised. Yes, the ensuite needs a revamp but this I feel is reflected in the price. Good Value, we will be back."

The location was good, the kitchen sufficiently stocked (even ice trays); washing facilities included….bathroom is upstairs with bedroom,,,,,staff pleasant and helpful. "A good central location. Very convenient for city, restaurants, etc. The apartment was great, with good bathroom and kitchen areas. The pool on the roof top was good, with one exception - the steps into the pool were broken and couldn't be used. Also, the air conditioning in the main room worked OK for that room, but the air didn't flow into the bedroom. Hence it was a little uncomfortable for sleeping."
