This was our second time staying with Martin and Jane and it was just as great second time around. We had the large sea view room again and it was perfect. Breakfast was yummy. We will be back.

The owners Martin and Jane made us feel very welcome. We had a cosy room with a large flat screen tv. We loved being on the seafront and only a twenty minute to the parkrun start.

Little gem of a Guest House
Our stay at The Marine View Guest House was a excellent experience Martyn and Jane were the perfect hosts very friendly and welcoming, we had a lovely room overlooking the beach and promenade and had a very enjoyable breakfast to start the day, would highly recommend this guest house for a break in Worthing which is very close to all the amenities.

A very nice stay. I loved the soft sheets and the size of the room. I also loved the friendly staff who were really helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a huge variety of very delicious food. Parking was easy too. We parked right outside. Overall a great experience. Will be very happy to come back.

Our stay at the Marine View guest house was s good as we expected. The room was clean and had everything we needed in a room, although the bath towels could have done being a bit bigger. Breakfast was excellent with an excellent choice of buffet and hot food. Hosts Martyn and Jane were very friendly and welcoming. We definitely would return when visiting the area

Worthing festival weekend
The hosts were very helpful - full of local information on arrival. The free breakfast was excellent. The room was perfect with 2 very comfortable armchairs. We had a very good view of the fireworks on the pier.

A family run guest house right on the seafront in Worthing . The standard double room was simple but comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was a surprising treat as was the super cheap parking . The hosts were fantastic ; a polite , friendly couple who run the place themselves . We would definitely stay there again .

Nice B&B on the waterfront. Serviceminded hosts. Close proximity to restaurants and pubs. The pier is half a mile away. Nice town to relax in if you're not looking for Brighton.

Jane and Martin were the perfect hosts and ensured my overnight stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was everything I could have wished for, and though I didn’t have time for breakfast, it certainly smelt and looked good! Location was perfect overlooking the sea, and prom, giving me convenient access to spectate today’s 10k run. Grateful thanks once again.
