"I stayed 1 night for work, the place was tidy and clean, I was in a room at the front of the property so could hear road traffic. It wasn’t too noisy. Kitchen area was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable. Parking only for 5 vehicles if people park correctly. I would stay again as it’s good location for travel to the centre of Lincoln isn’t to far away. But its convenient for my work place when I’m in Lincoln. "

"What an amazing place to stay reasonable priced and the owner made us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. I cannot recommend this place enough it was clean tidy fresh the breakfast was amazing. The bed was wow I’ve not slept so well in years and my partner Thought it was just perfect too. Will definitely be staying again soon hopefully thank you Martin. "

"Stayed in the big family room on the top floor Sun 11th Feb with my wife, daughter and dog. The room was very clean, huge smart TV, tea/coffee facilities and very spacious! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Lynn, the host was very nice, friendly and helpful.. showed me around all the facilities and showed us how to use the key codes. "The pictures do not do the cottage enough justice. Joanna and Glen can not do enough for you. We turned up with our dog which was missed of the booking. Which wasn’t a problem and they went to fetch blankets and goodies for the dog. They have a folder full of information and are there if you need them for anything else "
