"Lovely hotel, very comfortable and friendly staff. Great leisure area, only quibble is that some of the lockers don’t work - tried about 3 or 4 before I got one to lock but no other issues. Beautiful setting with great walks on the doorstep. "

"Nice hotel. Quite grand in an understated way. Very good breakfast - Arbroath smokies be poached eggs, which I thought was pretty classy. Apparently winston churchill stayed here loads. Would be good if the hotel had a little info in the plaque explaining why he spent so much time in Dundee. The fella seemed to get about, but the interesting to know what he was up to regardless "

"Beautiful hotel. We attended a function in the ballroom and the public areas of the main hotel are all really lovely, clean and comfortable. The room was a little basic but it was clean, comfortable and great value so no complaints there. "
