"Room Mate Luca is an amazing place! Would highly recommend! Only a 10 minute walk to the center and/or the Duomo. Room was very cozy and clean and well set up. Breakfast was outstanding every morning. Most of all the staff at the front desk were very very helpful, personable and incredible! "Situated what seems to be in the middle of Gucci, it’s very well located for shopping and sightseeing. Staff are friendly and efficient, and couldn’t do enough to help us, the room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Extensive mini bar in the room. Next to reception is a lounge where you can get a glass of Prosecco, tea coffee juice fruit and biscuits throughout the day. We used it as a pit stop when dropping off the shopping, it was so handy. "Hotel was modern with a lot of amenities. Staff service was excellent, rooms and the property was clean, replenished the refrigerator with water and drinks everyday included with the room charges. Walking distance to most of the attractions in the city. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence."

"Everything was great. Definitely recommended. Centrally located with many nice restaurants close by. Staff was very friendly and attentive from the front desk to housekeeping. One special little black lady seemed to magically know when we returned as she would be waiting for us to see if we needed anything. "

"I messaged the staff about checking in late due to a delayed flight and they were reassuring that there would be no worries. My room was very clean and nice. Perfect location making it easy for us to walk around the city with everything being at most a 15 minute walk. When we checked out the staff offered us to order us a taxi or keep our bags for as long as we needed. VERY friendly. If I come back to Florence I will definitely be staying here. "
