"We are a party that booked 3 rooms at Kai Aso for 2 nights. Whilst the English speaking reception staff were always helpful, unfortunately one room, No 11, was totally inadequate & substandard. "Great location and helpful staff. The staff took care of everything for us including assuring our in room hot tub was working perfectly. We bought the three onsen pass and enjoyed going to three other location. We also went to Onsen Yumerindo which has a great outdoor onsen. Wonderful relaxing two nights."
